1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

2 Eligibility & Jurisdiction

By registering an Account on vgas88, you warrant and represent that:

1. You are a natural person of at least 21 years of age. We strictly prohibit access by minors. Any account found to be operated by a person under the age of 21 will be suspended immediately and any funds forfeited pending investigation.
2. You are accessing the Platform in your personal capacity and not on behalf of another person or any commercial or professional operation.
3. You are not a resident of any Prohibited Jurisdiction in which access to or use of online gambling services is illegal.
4. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform is lawful under the laws of your country of residence. vgas88 makes no warranty that accessing or using the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction.
5. You are not a current employee, director, officer, agent, or affiliate of vgas88, nor a close family member of any such person.
6. You are acting on your own behalf and not as a nominee or agent for any third party.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming on vgas88, you must create a registered Account. The following conditions govern account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per User: Each individual may maintain only one Account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended, and any funds held across such accounts may be confiscated without notice.
• Accurate Information: You must provide complete, truthful, and up-to-date information during registration including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. • Account Closure: You may request Account closure at any time by contacting customer support. vgas88 reserves the right to close any Account that it reasonably suspects is involved in fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity.
• Dormant Accounts: Accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit, or wager) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be deemed dormant. vgas88 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts and to close accounts remaining dormant for twenty-four (24) months or more.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

vgas88 is committed to operating a safe, fair, and compliant platform. As part of this commitment, we require all Users to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer — KYC) before processing withdrawal requests or when triggered by our risk management systems.

Acceptable identity documents include:

• Government-issued national identity card (KTP for Indonesian residents)
• Valid passport
• Driver's license issued by a recognized government authority

In addition to identity documents, vgas88 may request:

• Proof of address dated within the last three (3) months (e.g., utility bill or bank statement)

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

vgas88 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following methods: bank transfers to and from BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, and Bank Permata; and e-wallet services including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times are specified on the Platform's banking page and are subject to change without prior notice.

5.2 Withdrawals

Users may request withdrawals to their registered payment method at any time subject to:

• Successful completion of KYC verification
• Compliance with any applicable Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds
• The withdrawal request being to a payment account in the User's own name
• Minimum withdrawal thresholds as displayed on the Platform

5.3 Processing Times

vgas88 targets withdrawal processing within 5–60 minutes during operational hours. Requests submitted outside operational hours or flagged for manual review may take up to 24 hours. vgas88 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party banking systems or network disruptions.

5.4 Currency

All account balances, transactions, and wagers are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). vgas88 does not charge currency conversion fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.5 Anti-Money Laundering

vgas88 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or refuse any with drawal request where we have reasonable grounds to suspect that the funds involved are the proceeds of criminal activity, fraud, or any other illegal conduct. We cooperate fully with relevant law enforcement authorities where legally required to do so.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

vgas88 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered Users only. vgas88 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion and to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any derived winnings may be withdrawn. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stipulated validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

• One Bonus at a Time: Unless expressly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active in a User's Account at any given time. Accepting a new bonus before completing wagering requirements on an existing bonus may result in forfeiture of the prior bonus.

7 Gameplay Rules & Fairness

vgas88 is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment. The following rules govern all gameplay on the Platform:

8 Responsible Gaming

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the vgas88 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software — is the property of vgas88 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit:

• Reproducing, copying, selling, reselling, or exploiting any portion of the Platform or its content for commercial purposes
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software forming part of the Platform
• Framing or mirroring any content from the Platform on another website or server

Any unauthorized use of the Platform or its content terminates the limited license granted herein and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vgas88 and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform

• Any disruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform, whether planned or unplanned
